“Charlotte” is located on the 6th floor, the top floor of the Soho On Strand building, offering sweeping views towards Cape Town harbour, Robben Island, and the famous soccer stadium. The environs are positively urban, yet the apartment is a welcome interlude to the busy hum of Cape Town Centre. The position is perfect to explore the city on foot (or short UBER rides if walking is no fun to you).

With two bedrooms, both of which benefit from ensuite or adjacent bathrooms, the Art AFRICA Loft can sleep four guests comfortably. The master bedroom offers an extra length king size bed, good sized built-in cupboard as well as a writing/dressing table, the ensuite bathroom includes an extra large shower. This bedroom also boasts stunning views from the bed.
The second bedroom is facing the courtyard and offers a queen size bed, large built-in cupboard as well as a small writing/dressing table, the adjacent bathroom offers a good size shower.
The entire apartment is equipped with a motion detect air conditioning system to cool or heat. “Plantation shutters” not only add a beautiful finish to all the doors and windows, but offer maximum flexibility when controlling light flow.
Enjoy the incredible views while entertaining on the extra large balcony, stretching along the entire front, or from inside the apartment once the sliding doors are closed. It includes a large, private swimming pool and braai area shaded by trees located on a lower floor, connected via elevator that also leads to the 2 indoor parking bays attached to the apartment.
